I didn't expect to make a new release but the compilation issue on
Windows due to #elif syntax and the missing thread support when
configuring 2.7.5 without argument are IMHO serious roadblocks for
people who distribute libxml2, and the best was to make this bug
fix release now and try to reduce the problem. Available at

   ftp://xmlsoft.org/libxml2/

So this is a bug fix only release:

Bug Fixes:
- Restore thread support in default configuration (Andrew W. Nosenko),
- URI with no path parsing problem (Daniel Veillard),
- Minor patch for conditional defines in threads.c (Eric Zurcher)
