determined by the file size from sysfs, while the rom_size reported to
the drivers is calculated using a different algorithm. This leads to

one to maintain? The ones I've tried (the metacity branch¹, mpwm repo²,
and compiz repo³) all fail to compile against HEAD, using old calls like
XGetPairedPointer(), XExtendedUngrabDevice() and WindowAccessDenyAll().

because there were errors that it was not running. I have had so much trouble

I am trying to configure xorg.conf on a HP Pavilion N3330 to show one instance
of X on its tilt-up screen and another instance of X on its external monitor.
Currently, the external monitor shows the same content that the screen shows.
