X it doesn't seem to be in native resolution on my 1680x1050 22"

Maybe you haven't
recompiled some libs depending on libxcb when you updated it and causes
some problem of compatibility.

Hi,
I have a little problem calibrating my touchscreen using xinput.
I can invert the Y axis no problem, suppress acceleration, but there is
no way to get calibration right it seems that the numbers I put do not
influence the pointer.
for example I execute :
xinput set-int-prop 6 238 32 500 600
uot;ssh
-X/-Y" works), the drag-and-drop would be something to think about,
and naturally the security is an issue.
Well, as said before, I don't really know if this is interesting or
even feasible. But that would give an unified way to do things like it.
