I recently got a new 37 lcd tv, and been trying to get it to work in
1366x768 (or any 'wide' resolution, for that matter).

I've compiled the latest kernel, 2.6.28-rc1 which is supposed to have
GEM support and also installed xf86-video-intel-2.5.0.
I use:
- - xorg-server-1.5.2
- - mesa-7.2
- - libdrm-2.4
How can I tell if gem works?
So far glxgears fpd dropped
