Can someone point me to the whereabouts of a working copy of the
Installation Instructions mentioned on

It appears someone asked the same question in Dec 2005, when they reported
the link as 404.

I seem to remember a thread a while back where someone was talking about the
limits of the size of a combined screen that can be produced.
I run a 6 screen setup with 3 video cards (all nvidia) under a OS from
redmond, and I've always wanted to upgrade.
Currently the combined footprint is 3840x20
