Xorg Fails on HP Envy 3D Laptop
I have an HP Envy 3D laptop with 64-bit FreeBSD 8.2-stable. I upgraded xorg to the latest port version. startx fails, with error messages. Searching for this situation results in an indication that this device configuration is not supported. please help r420/x800 AGP driver
Hi everyone, i really need help on installing the driver, all these days i was trying it with flgrx but had just recently found out that it won't work and i must install an open source driver. Both the Intel and radeon drivers require KMS for the latest asics which has not been ported to freebsd yet. KMS is also required to use most hybrid laptops (multiple GPUs).
