PS: Do not turn on "Pen disables touch" in xournal, its already in the
newest driver natively and the last xournal release will make it to touch
disables touch, fixed in svn/git tough.

On Linux its just a little bitchy to set up, you need to compile/install
the newest git version for a few of things to make it work, no releases yet.
Kernel at least 4.7-RC4, linuxwacom and the newest 01.org intel driver
stuff.
