whats the recommended compiler for the xfree source?
i have gcc 2.97 im pretty sure, but i cant successfully compile xfree to
save my existance (not from official release source and not from cvs)
are there any libs i need or anything else that i should make sure i have?
im running a redhat 7.2
let me add that the problem has something to do with the 761 and 762 not
liking a certain command either during or after a soft reset on the agp
port. the radeon driver does this thing and it causes the display to have
serious issues.
