Hi, I've been trying for the last few days to find the spot where the X stipple pattern is defined. I would like to make it all black (so all 1 or 0, I'll experiment). I'm having trouble finding which file(s) it's actually defined in. Any help would be appreciated. I seem to be going in circl

About 5 months ago I would have agreed with you completely. Since then, I've downloaded the Microsoft fonts available on their site. When installed, they render identically (except for a few places) as those in Windows without anti-aliasing. Verdana and Times New Roman really make a difference
