I'm currently trying to write a simple driver and add it to the source tree to compile.
I can find much resources from DESIGN doc and also by reading other driver examples.
But I don't know how to add this new driver to the source tree for it to compile.
I made a new directory in the
after make install, make install.man and make install.sdk,
i went into /usr/X11R6/lib/Server and following the instruction in the README, i did a
./mkmf
but it failed due to unable to find ../../lib/GL/mesa/src/drv/i830/i830_3d_reg.h
after entering /usr/X11R6/lib/Server/drivers/i810
so, i make
