Hi
First off sorry if this isn't the correct place to ask or if its listed in
some faq somewhere. I've search for days now for anything related to this,
and all I've found is a couple of unanswered posts on the XFree86 Newbies
list.

I am trying to set up my desktop machine in a dual head configuration using
a second monitor I have just acquired.

The problem I'm having boils down to 'No input on the second monitor' this
(I'm sure) is pretty indicative of the fault of the problem.

I'm quite sure I have the config file right, if I set the Screen 0 on the
left or the right of screen 1, this is reflected by the direction I can move
the cursor off the primary display (as if a second display were there) also
if I enable the Xinema extensions I get a stretched desktop but in this case
I always get the left had portion of the screen on my primary display.

Do I have to enable anything else to get this working, (ive tried the normal
XFree86 mga driver as well as Matroxs own.)
I've properly missed something simple but I cant work it out.
Any hints or pointers to documentation would be great.
Cheers.

Jeremy
