I guess that this depends on your hardware.
What graphic card and what monitor do you have? What screen resolution can
they provide?
If you have a nvidia ( lie I have) then you have to have something like this
in your /etc/X11/xorg.conf (backup that file before you modify it: sudo cp

In your xorg.conf file there should be something like this, if you have a
nvidia (and I guess that entries for other cards would look very similar.)

Here is an awesome icon set, Nimbus. It is complate and has a GPL
licence. This is what we are looking for.

I like those icons, too. The one thing is that the folder icons seem
narrower than other folder icons I've seen. Does anyone else notice this?
Could they be made a wider, more standard width?
