this work:
Access Window 10 Prompt with Super User (administrator) privileges. The
access is somewhat nested but it is located.
Command: powercfg / H off
exit and close the pc.
Restart the pc in Xubuntu.
The Window partition is read - write. Wonderful!
Edit 1 file and close the pc

But there are also data windows 10 hibernate.
