PS. please keep the convention that packages in the PPA have
distribution name embedded, i.e. not 0.50-ubuntu2 but 0.50-maverick2 for
instance. There are all distribution in the PPA, the version must
distinguish
Yea, Vaclav, I restarted it and now it goes normally.
In the previous log a lot of packages were not installed (scons, boost
etc...). I dont know why.

The build log was overwritten as the build was restarted (by you?). No
clue what happened.

Strange, but it has been successfully built for i386, but AMD64 fails..

Pbuilder builds the package good, but LP does not install needed packages.
Not sure why.

Unable to reproduce with empty simulation (O.step(); O.iter gives
0,1,2,...). Can you provide some simple script?
