Have a look at [1], epsecially the last point, "It is definitely the problem
with ipyton, not Yade."
So probably not an easy solution :-

Hi there,
I am a new user and I was able to compıle yade from source fıles (git clone
https://github.com/yade/trunk.git) but when I try to launch it
(./yadeExecutableFile), I get this message and Yade closes:
