It seems like nova doesn't do any cleanup of the instances table. If you
spin up and delete lots of VMs, this table eventually gets gigantic.
Manually it can be cleaned using: `nova-manage db archive_deleted_rows
1` but an auto-cleanup of stale entries would be useful too
This looks like a Neutron bug, not an installation issue.

I'm on Ubuntu 12.04 using havana 2013.2.1. What I've found is that the
LDAP identity backend for keystone will not talk to my LDAP server
(using ldaps) unless I have an ldap.conf that contains a TLS_CACERT
line. This line duplicates the setting of tls_cacertfile in my keystone
