with juno stable code on x64 bit machine (on ubuntu and centos 7) is
has been observed that threads spawned inside ML2 plugin not sharing the
data space.
To Reproduce the issue investigator can use the below sample ML2 driver
and verify that producer thread not able to

2. Delete job execution
3. Wait while job execution is deleted without manual page refresh
Observed result: deleted job execution is in the list with "TOBEKILLED"
state.

As a new user to Trove, I was confused by the user interface and
specifically the usage of action tense for the communication of the
current database status. After what I thought was already launched, the
status message appeared as "Build". So I naturally

looks some conditions are needed from reproduction. Also I didn't find
anything specific for TOBEKILLED (or where TOBEKILLED missing). Horizon
doesn't care on job execution status in non-tests code. Marking as
invalid.

So I'm failing to see how this is a tempest bug, looking at the test
code it's testing exactly what it set out to. That deleting an external
network deletes all the resources (subnets, ports, etc) associated with
it. It looks like the behavior differs from what's expected on icehouse
