`cryptsetup` is not authorized to run with root permissions. The rootwrap
filter for cryptsetup was recently removed from compute.filters [1], but it is
still needed by dmcrypt [2].

The floating ip tab on access and security panel was moved to its own
panel in Ocata. The example of disabling floating ips tab should be
removed from the override existing methods section on the customization

As seen with the following curl command, neutron accepts float values
for quotas that should require ints. It coverts them to an int, but it
should have returned HTTP 400 instead. The conversion it's doing may or
may not have the same results in python3 as it does here in

As python dictionary does not support getattr(), options from
OPERATION_LOG_OPTIONS are ignored. The correct way to do this is
dict.get() and this change fixes the issue.

so I figure that's what "neutron-rpc-server" is for. But it fails to start on
configuration that works under the normal "neutron-server".
