I don't think that this is a valid bug, as the XML namespace URI is
usually not a "real" URI. In Wikipedia you will also find:

is rebuild on the same host, no migration. Evacuate is rebuild the

On Azure, cloud-init (head) fails to mount cdrom /dev/cd0 on FreeBSD if
the directory /mnt/cdrom/secure does not exist. In fact, "mount" should
not depends on any directory. The quick fix is to use "util.mount_cd" to
test whether cdrom is available or not.
