iptables_firewall handles that correctly but ovsfw lacks that knowledge,

As of late in the Pike cycle, the resource tracker updates its map of
aggregates associated with the resource provider it knows about
everytime it calls `_ensure_resource_provider`. This method is called
quite often, increasingly so as we do more stuff with resource providers

When the placement service gets a bad method for an existing URL it
raises an HTTPMethodNotAllowed exception. It does this outside of the
WebOb wsgify context, meaning the the exception is caught the the
FautlWrapper middleware and perceived to be an uncaught exception and
log
The problem is, that there is no upgrade guide any more since the
Liberty release. Manually set up clouds are pretty lost without these
upgrade guides. The existing upgrade guides just cover openstack-
ansible, which is not usable when you initially set up OpenStack
manually.

Hopefully this bug was not already raised.
I'm new to openstack so it could come from a faulty installation.
I followed the guide https://docs.openstack.org/ocata/install-guide-rdo for an
installation of ocata openstack over centos 7.
During the step
Dom0 plugins has been moved to os-xenapi and the fix will be in the dom0
plugins. So updated the project from nova to os-xenapi.

ovsfw uses conjunction to represent SG rules with remote_group_id.
When there are multiple rules which differ only in remote_group_id, the ovsfw
code generates flows with the same match fields and different conjuction
actions. Such flows don't work well as the openflow spec
