When specifying the device and partition number in fs_setup according to
sample documentation, cloud-init fails to successfully partition the
device. If I use
- {device: /dev/vdb1, filesystem: ext3}
instead, the partitioning succeeds.

[RFE] Plugin support for API resource attribute extensi

Agent call to get_device_info for security groups changed the payload
format. Specifically port_security_enabled is now not part of port dict
but under 'security'. So when firewalls check for port security [1] they
always get True cause they access port['port_security_enabled'

Looks like your Neutron configuration in your nova.conf files is incorrect.
You need to provide some neutron-specific configuration variables for the API
and compute nodes knowing how to reach Neutron API.
