Public bug reported:
Hello, my openstack version is pike.
There is only one nova-scheduler service in environment, but I have ironic
nodes and kvm nodes. If I set use_baremetal_filters to True, I can only use
baremetal_enabled_filters. If set use_baremetal_filters to False, I can only
use
I don't think this is a valid bug. The evacuate API use case is when the
compute host is dead, powered off, or otherwise completely disconnected
from the network such that the nova-compute service and instances cannot
be accessed. The force-down API is just a way for an operator to force a
compute
Public bug reported:
When a datasource is instantiated it is passed in Init.cfg as the 'sys_cfg'.
But then when 'distro' property is referenced, it has the side effect
of:
system_config = self._extract_cfg('system')
if self.datasource is not NULL_DATA_SOURCE:
Public bug reported:
We found this bug using the vmware-nsx plugin, but should be applicable
to all plugins support L3.
Created devstack_master + vmware-nsx
Created router-interface and assigned fip's to router interface which is
allowed.
I dont find any usecase to assign ip to router port

This isn't really a bug. We can just remove it. We don't require bugs
for removing deprecated code.

Public bug reported:
There was a eventlet.monkey_patch [1] when we launch a nova process(like
nova-api, nova-compute), but it's invalid under the uwsgi mode.
So, we need do same monkey_patch when we setup uwsgi appilication.
