I have a instance,it is runing,now is ok ,then I change the instance
type,more cpu and more memory give the instance,a error on dashbord,next
is nova-api log,thank you very much.

Description of problem:
This is a composable HA overcloud with tls-everywhere with 2020-05-28.2 compose.
We reboot the overcloud one node at the time, and from time to time (totally
not consistent) we see that the nova_api containers is in an unhealthy state
and returns

In Neutron CI we mostly run tempest jobs, that inherits from 'tempest-
integrated-networking' [1]. This configuration doesn't have anything
about ADVANCED_IMAGE.
We know that we have tempest tests that require ADVANCE_IMAGE, like this
one [2].

Which nova version you used where cold migrate worked for the same host?
By looking at the code I think since Liberty the libvirt driver
explicitly state it does not support cold migration to the same host
[1]. Also I'm not sure what would be the reason to migrate an instance
to the same host with
