been accepted into -updates.

Initial cloud-init-hotplugd.socket has some undesirable interactions
with an enforcing SElinux system when trying to listen on a FIFO socket.
Deploying on rocky linux 8.4 we can see SELinux errors preventing the
cloud-init-hotplugd.socket from starting
from journalctl -b
Hello Sergey, or anyone else affected,
Accepted nova into train-proposed. The package will build now and be
available in the Ubuntu Cloud Archive in a few hours, and then in the
-proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. To enable the -proposed
repository:
