neutron routers can be disabled, thereby basically removing them from their l3
agents.
They will no longer accept, process or forward packets once they are disabled.
Currently if a router is set to disabled the dragents still advertise the
routes to its networks and floatin

So this is a crash of the guest kernel from a CirrOS 0.5.2 image. That
image contains a 5.3 kernel which is no longer supported. The 0.5.2
image is a minor update of the original 0.5.1 image which was built
before the release of Focal. It was pulling in the HWE kernel which at
that time was a 5.3 k

Guest kernel crashes with GPF on volume attac

With new defaults policies for get QoS rules are set to
ADMIN_OR_PROJECT_READER but that's wrong as rules don't have owner.
Those API rules should be based on the parent owner (qos_policy) always.
Those tests are skipped currently in our CI job neutron-tempest-plugin-
openvsw
