Public bug reported: In stable/kilo Glance API V2 change of image-metadata is_public flag to visibility = Public breaks the SolidFire (and maybe other, NetApp?) drivers that depend on is_public flag. Specifically this breaks the ability efficiently handle images by caching images in the SolidFire
