I was in the Volume Snapshots tab of the Project Volumes panel, then I
refreshed the browser. The Volumes tab became the active tab, instead of
the Volume Snapshots tab which was the active tab before the refresh
action. I also tried the Project Access & Security panel. I was

openstack_dashboard.test.api_tests.cinder_tests.
Looks like the __init__.py file under openstack_dashboard/api is missing the
