Public bug reported: We dropped Flavor Editing feature in Rocky Release (Bug #1751354), before it was deprecated in Pike (Bug #1709056). But "Edit Flavor" description is still present in latest Administration Guide https://docs.openstack.org/horizon/latest/admin/manage-flavors.html. This leads to confusion so we have to remove section Update flavors from documentation.
