I have deployed as system with nova network instead of neutron.
While trying to launch an instance, I'm getting:

when using a system with a history, the search for metering data
on http://localhost:8000/admin/metering/
takes way too long.
Looking at the past 7 days is most probably not a good idea as *default*
option.

- Horizon doesn't use a database via Django
- we do not support Icehouse any more.
If it's reproducible in a clean checkout from master branch, we will
look at it.

There is a try catch. The caught exception is from keystoneclient, not
from horizon itself.
Imho we should remove it.
