On a windows 10 box running ie 11 i cannot login to the dashboard. I
can with firefox and other browsers. When i login with the wrong
password i get invalid credential, and when i login with the right

If i create a heat stack and happen to delete the stack at a time when
the keystone token is expiring the heat stack delete fails. I
originally found this when deleting a very large heat stack, but you can
repo it by changing your keystone expiration to 300 seconds.

closing as user error - one issue i encountered was mis-spelling
vmware_adaptor type rather than vmware_adaptertype. May be nice to log
the disk type being used to make this easier to debug.
