Absolute parameter totalKeyPairsUsed should increase its value when we create
new keypair and also decrease when we delete keypair from existing keypair
list. Observed totalKeyPairsUsed value is not changed when keypair is created.
Also observed the same for totalSecurityGroupsUsed parameter, i.e.
totalSecurityGroupsUsed value is not changed after creating security group.

1) Get the totalKeyPairsUsed value before creating keypair
$nova absolute-limits |grep totalKeyPairsUsed

2) Create a keypair
