While starting nova-compute service I got error in log:

libvirt:  error : internal error: could not initialize domain event timer
2014-03-28 17:42:59.755 11565 WARNING nova.virt.libvirt.driver [-] URI 
qemu:///system does not support events: internal error: could not initialize 
domain event timer

This error happen, then libvirt's conn.domainEventRegisterAny is called
before libvirt.virEventRegisterDefaultImpl
