Public bug reported: VMware LBaaSv1 driver supplies the Neutron plugin with a method, which allows detection of Edge appliance use by the LBaaS driver. The is_edge_in_use() method is using a context which is invalid: the driver has no self.context property and shouldn't have one. Instead, the context should pass as parameter.
