Got the same on Ubuntu 14.04 + liberty
On kilo with exact same configuration it works as expected.

This is a config issue. please verify the passwords in db and in config
files for glance ,nova and keystone. This is a duplicate bug as many of
the similar bugs have been already updated in the past. Please verify
nova image-list, glance image-list and other commands to see if it gets
the details p
