So after restarting bind9 things work again - dns lookups in petitboot shell,
netboot installs (incl. d/l of the installer files), and also MAAS
commissioning.
Not sure what caused bind9 to run wild.
Would be nice to have an option to restart some selected services (like DNS)
from the MAAS GUI (
Looks like there's nothing for cloud-init here. Please reopen the
cloud-init task if that changes.
