A transient ERROR from a tempest run:

Unexpected InvalidInput raised: Invalid input received: Invalid

Although this seems to have bubbled up to the console as:
  BadRequest: Invalid volume: Volume status must be available or
error, but current status is: creating (HTTP 400)
