I played a lot with this test, I spent at least an afternoon tracking this
down, but I haven't found the root cause yet.
For me, there was one failed run in almost every 50 runs.
If you use intellij you can configure to run the testcase until it fails or you
can configure to run it N times.
I'm planning to spend more time on this, most probably this week.
