manual: what means package_deploy-rpm?
too tired to go track this down so i'll beg for an explanation -- section
4.3.4.2
in ref manual:
The result of the change should be that all the package, package_write_rpm,
and package_deploy-rpm shared state cache items would become invalid

i looked for that first thing but see no reference to it -- i see no
reference to anything of the form package_deploy* anywhere.
