To use HTTPS you have to use SSL certificates. Have a look at these

Using urlgrabber on something like 'http://www.tutorialspoint.com/python/'
or 'http://www.lambeth.gov.uk/' works perfectly !!
But if I try something like' https://www.google.co.u
