Seif wants to use the feature so we decided we will use my way in 0.2.1
(so that we make it available but remain compatible with 0.2) and in 0.3

My gut instinct says "Require arrays everywhere" in order to make the
API more uniform and clear - so that the signature of a filter can be
written a{sav} (instead of the weaker a{sv} as now).

Doesn't seem like anyone is going to fix this, and the Storm engine
should be pretty much dead-end now (unless you disagree, I'd like to
keep it in the tarball for now but delete it in 0.3).

Well actually it looks like they aren't checking at all whether they are
activated or not, so moving back to 0.3. Once we do this adding some
command-line tool to activate/desactivate data sources would be nice.

I was just trying to makte this very list open for the general public
to subscribe. Turns out that this is not possible with the current Zg
project structure.
Launchpad (LP) has a one-to-one mapping of teams<->mailing list. So in
effect all on this mailing list has commit access to lp:zeitgeist.
