SC leaders arrested Hyderabad, July 14: The Police on Saturday night arrested Mala Mahanadu leaders Jupudi Prabhakar Rao and Karem Sivaji as they tried to protest the visit of Justice Usha Mehra, chairperson of the National Commission for Categorisation of Scheduled Castes. Justice Mehra arrived on Saturday and will conduct a public hearing over the categorisation issue at the district collectorate on Sunday.
