When installing the 137137-09 patch it run out of / space, just like http://www.opensolaris.org/jive/thread.jspa?threadID=82413tstart=0 However tried the 6 steps to recover that didn't work. I just rebuild the ldom and attached the LDOM image files from the old system and did a zpool import to
