Role:Business Analyst with cellular billing knowledge and Call Detail Record Duration:6 months with possible extensions Location: Bothell, WA Qualifications: The ideal candidate would posses the following skills/competencies: Detailed knowledge of FusionWorks, Telegence, Enabler & CARE Strong Analytical Skills Attention to Detail Strong Planning / Scheduling Skills Creative/Intuitive/Motivated Wireless Network Knowledge Call Detail Record Knowledge Cellular Billing Knowledge Responsibilities: Perform Business/Functional analyst duties within the IT/Billing Organization supporting Cingular Message Processing Call Audits. The primary function of Message Processing Call Audits is to validate the accurate reformatting/mediating of Usage Records (CDRS & Data Events) from the Wireless Network into billable records that are passed to the billing system and distributed to the appropriate subscriber's accounts. Additional Specific Responsibilities for position; • Manage test support effort for complex projects with the goal of maintaining the integrity of our billing system. Responsibilities include: o determining potential billing risk(s) of project from a Revenue Assurance perspective. o assess/ devise an appropriate detailed test plan o implement test plan o analyze test results o report issue(s) o offer solutions to issues when applicable Required Skills Exp (Mos.)
