The following are the qualities the senior COBOL developers we are looking for should have: Extensive COBOL coding and testing experience Be able to handle new development, major enhancements, and maintenance utilizing COBOL in conjunction with a Self-certifying File System (SFS). SFS is similar to VSAM.
