Make recommendations for improvements in these areas, if necessary. Provides technical support for existing Data Warehouse ETL processes. Assures quality of design and implementation of projects. Trouble-shoots application software/hardware problems as they apply to design, implementation, or installation activities. Schedules and coordinates application maintenance activities. Participates in on-call, overnight off-hour production problem resolution activities. Follows DMS related standards and procedures, knows where they are located, and incorporates them.
