Performs production support and troubleshooting, and maintenance. *2.* Specific Responsibilities: Reviews and evaluates detailed business, functional and high level technical requirements (including recovery, security and audit). Designs detailed technical components with high-level architecture, recognize and understand use of design patterns for intermediates to moderately complex applications. Applies reusability and future state architectures. Participates in design reviews. *3.* Specific Responsibilities: Develops or confirms detailed project or system change estimates or project plans. *4.* Responsible for the creation of an Integration Approach Document in partnership with the architects and development SME's *5.* Responsible for ensuring the Integration into the Agency Portal is aligned to the strategic direction and architecture recommendations *6.* Specific Responsibilities: Creates accurate test plans, conditions and data. Participates in testing reviews. Conducts module and basic integration levels of testing according to process standards. Tracks and resolves moderate to complex defects. Assist Quality Control (QC) personnel with functional tests. Identifies support issues and initiates action to resolve the problem. Provides technical assistance. Analyzes and resolves moderate to complex problems. Defines and analyzes change request. Communicates and coordinates among developers. QC Analysts, and environment management personnel. *7.* Other Responsibilities: Supports the evaluation of vendor software, configures and changes software as necessary. Demonstrates understanding of technical environment. Mentors and coaches peers and colleagues. Builds and sustains relationships. Supports process improvements. Supports corporate strategy. Maintains awareness of vendor futures and suggests uses or improvements to business. Configures and makes operational vendor software. Acts as subject matter expert for a portion of a complex system. Provides informal training to specialists and other professionals on the team. Builds, cultivates, and maintains long term relationships. Manages the expectations of customers. Identifies and implements improvements to internal team processes or to supported business's processes, products, or services.
