Hi,
By default, Solaris sets MTU as 1500 and which can be changed through ifconfig.
In case of local zones, IP address is added on top of the physical interface. I
can change the mtu size manually after the local zone gets booted. How to set

I created guest domains and used sparse root model zones on a ZFS file system.
Zone configuration and installation went on successfully, but it does not boot.
No messages on the console. So, i installed it on a UFS file system, then local
zones were running.

IMHO, if opensolaris can be supported guest OS in vmware
then vmware has something to do with opensolaris.

web for user to try it out, U can also build appliance with some
application into the image

I agree but all the things you listed (which I've deleted from my reply)
