I think this is caused by a change to the zone state value in the codebase.
To test I installed s10u6 on sparc, saved a copy of libzonecfg.so.1, then
applied the s10 recommended patch cluster. zoneadm worked fine, but then I used

Same problem for me after installing the patch cluster on sol10u6.
global zone in shutdown hanging and the service volfs in maintenance
No solution for the moment, if I don't get a reply from SUN i will try
to do a live upgrade to u7

Same problem here too. I even tried creating a new zone from scratch. and it
installs but also will not boot. One of the patches seriously messes up the
system. I tried uninstalled the kernel patch but that didn't help.

Hallo everyone.
At the weekend we applied some patches to one of our servers running
Solaris 10/08 X86 running on ZFS. After rebooting the machine the global
zone is stuck in "shutting_down" state and all other zones are in
