I managed to upload a file to the external folder with plonelocalfolderng
and simultaniously to a database.
but as you all know, after uploading a file with htmlformuploadfile, this
automaticly redirects to plfng_view.
but I made my own view of the files available in the folder,

to a database using popy connection?
I can upload files using plonelocalfolderNG, but I can't send any more info

I do it like this:

but I needed to save everything in a db also, so I called a dtml method in
the form action. whitch first calls the db-store scripting, and then the
htmlformuploadfile.
everything is stored well
