IBrowserRequest interface, and ObjectManager isn't a real IContainer
The IFormAPI interface documents a css_class option for Action, but when
I try to use that I get an error. This makes it quite hard to style
buttons and hook client-side behaviour to them. Is that an oversight
that should be fixed, or was it the intention to not support css_class
and hasn't it
